At South, we believe that all students should achieve their potential and have access to the support and enrichment which allows them to do this. Transition is very important to us, and we spend a lot of time working with our feeder schools. Once students arrive at South they may get the opportunity to take part in many enrichment and intervention activities such as sailing at Upton Warren or a six weeks phonics intervention. A team of teaching assistants provide support in lessons, and we look to personalise timetables where appropriate. This support continues throughout Key Stage 4 and 5.
Our SEND report is in the link below and provides more detail about what we offer.
