Are you making use of your degree? Are you driven to shape lives and inspire the next generation? South Bromsgrove is a successful and well-established lead school for School Direct Initial Teacher Training. We offer friendly and supportive training placements, high quality mentoring and excellent employment prospects.
We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including 3rd year under-graduates, career seekers and career changers.
All teacher training programmes run from September to June and incorporate two school placements along with a comprehensive professional studies programme delivered in schools by serving, experienced teachers.

What do applicants need?
A degree or higher from a United Kingdom higher education institution or equivalent qualification. Applicants with a degree not related to their preferred subject area will be considered.
Qualifications
This School Direct route allows you to achieve QTS and a PGCE qualification as well as credits towards Masters Accreditation. There will be opportunities to complete the Masters following your training year.
