Adding Siblings
To be able to add an additional student to Satchel, please log in into Satchel using the original student’s login details.
Please then follow these steps:
- Select Settings
- Student Management
- Select the green circle on the bottom left
- Add a child
- Enter the pin number provided
- Click Next
- Confirm identity and Continue
- Select the back arrows to return to the main menu and the initials of both students should be displayed. This will allow you to select the required student.

If parents and students need to contact our technical support team, they can do this by logging a ticket with the Satchel team here the team will then respond via email.
